Executive Profile Survey
The Executive Profile Survey helps determine whether or not
the candidate has the attributes for success. The test
measures executive potential and identifies individuals
likely to succeed. Assesses an organizations executive
strengths and identifies future needs It is designed to
measure attitudes and behavioral characteristics of
individuals.
The eleven profile dimensions assess the ambitious,
assertive, enthusiastic, creative, spontaneous,
self-focused, considerate, open-minded, relaxed, practical
and systematic traits of the individual and reports two
validity scales. These 11 important dimensions have been
identified in studies of the self-concept of top executive
managers.
Differential Aptitude Test
The Differential Aptitude Test (DAT) has eight subtests.
They are Verbal Reasoning, Numerical Ability, Abstract
Reasoning, Space Relations, Mechanical Reasoning, Clerical
Speed and Accuracy, Language Usage: i- Spelling, ii -
Sentences. The test has been adapted to suit Indian
Conditions (for ex., language and spelling which are
different from US language and spelling)
Comprehensive Abilities Battery
This is a group of short-timed standardized tests that
measure 20 primary abilities and basic skills. The tests
identify an individual's talents that might otherwise go
unnoticed. Each test measures one ability factor, and each
factor contributes a measure of ability important in
industrial settings.
